Force restart by holding volume down and power button, upon bootup test touch.

If no touch yet, disassemble and clean the screen connector, power up and test.

If not responsive, reflow the screen connector on flex, power up and test.

If it doesn't work, test proven working screen- most should work at this point.

If not factory reset the phone using official flash tool or compatible tool.
